Unlock 20% Energy Savings — Without Replacing a Single Boiler

The Challenge We Solve

Global Challenge: Carbon Emissions

Carbon emissions remain one of the most pressing global challenges of our time. The combustion of fossil fuels for energy, heating, and industrial processes contributes significantly to greenhouse gas emissions, accelerating climate change and environmental degradation.

Despite international efforts to curb emissions, global carbon output continues to rise, threatening ecosystems, public health, and long-term economic stability. Several alternative technologies are being implemented; however, in many instances, the financial implications make widespread adoption impractical for customers, and current government infrastructure is often insufficient to support such changes.

It is imperative to address carbon emission reduction immediately and introduce more economically viable solutions as we transition toward a greener future.

Carbon emissions and industrial energy usage

UK-Specific Challenge: Cost of Living and Gas Prices

In the United Kingdom, the cost-of-living crisis has been exacerbated by volatile energy markets and rising gas prices. All businesses and public sectors, especially local councils, hospitality, manufacturing, and retail, face mounting operational costs due to inefficient energy usage. Businesses are under pressure to reduce expenses while also meeting sustainability targets.

Many alternative green technologies require considerable time and financial investment for first time installations, as well as the removal of existing systems such as boilers or HVAC units. In addition, in some cases, government infrastructure is not yet equipped to fully support the electricity demands of these systems.

The combination of elevated energy expenses and environmental considerations highlights the necessity for immediate innovative and cost-efficient solutions using today’s technology.

Smart Monitoring & Control

1

Capture waste heat

Over the past two years, in collaboration with Robert Gordon University, we have developed and validated an Air to Flue Gas Heat Recovery Device (AFHR). This innovative solution utilises waste heat to deliver hot air, increasing the ambient temperature of buildings.

2

Hybrid heating & savings

Customers experience up to a 10% reduction in gas consumption and carbon emissions per modular unit, with potential savings reaching 20% when two devices are installed per boiler as part of a hybrid heating system.

3

Plug‑and‑play integration

Our technology is designed as a plug‑and‑play device that integrates seamlessly into existing boiler or HVAC systems, combining traditional wet radiators with modern warm‑air ventilation.

4

Smart monitoring

All this can be controlled and monitored via our online application, allowing customers to operate devices and access documentation on carbon emissions and gas savings in real time.

5

Scalable across sites

The device is fully scalable and compatible with heating systems powered by gas, oil or wood combustion, making it suitable for any building type or industrial setting.
